WHAT IS LOZEN

Lozen is a fitness community founded by a female LEO for LEO's. Whether you need to get academy ready, keep the patrol fluff to a minimum, or you're ready to take your career to the next level; Lozen Tactical has the programs and the know how to get you there.

Here at Lozen we also want to see our women's community thrive, feel empowered, and also walk out into the world without fear. We offer all levels of Self Defense courses; private lessons to those that may not enjoy a group setting, and also private courses for a girls night, party, or team. We want to see you live your best life and being able to properly defend your self is a must.

Lozen will provide you the tools all you have to do is provide the blood, sweat and tears.

OH SHIT CAN I DO THIS

Are you starting your career in law enforcement? Need to prepare for the physical assessment or want to make sure you're in tip top shape for the academy? Good news. We have you covered. Look for the E-book for the new kids on the block and get ready to put yourself to the test.

FIT FOR DUTY

After being in the field for a bit you noticed your pants aren't fitting the same. Maybe that quick burger in the drive thru has become a nightly thing. No worries with this versatile program you'll be back to your 'fresh out of the academy' pants in no time. Not to mention foot pursuits will be a breeze.

MAKE IT PRETTY BUT TRAIN IT TO KILL

SWAT? Tracking? Dignitary Protection? Negotiator? Special Teams are our jam here at Lozen. This program is going to get you prepared. Women need to train a little differently to achieve bad assery. Put your head down, death metal at full blast, and lace up those trainers...you're about to be the baddest bitch in tac pants.

WHAT THE FUCK DID I JUST EAT

Nutrition is a mindfuck and a pain in the ass when you live in a car 8-12 hours a day. This guide will make small decisions a little bit easier and make you much more confident about what's going in your mouth. FIGHT LIKE HELL

No one likes feeling helpless in any situation. Lozen Tactical offers self defense courses for women of all ages. Background doesn't matter. All that does is knowing when you leave you have the knowledge and training to go out into the world without fear. Put on your training spats and let's kick some ass.

Looking for a little extra help?

Hey no worries! We all could use a little helping hand sometimes. Lozen also offers online private training just in case you need a more personal touch...or someone who is going to force you to go to the gym this week. Either way I'm here for you.

I have also opened private self defense lessons for those that don't enjoy a group setting. In addition to that we also take private groups. Have a cheer team, senior class, or just want a girls night without strangers? Perfect! Email me and lets set it up!
